...“In 2018-2019, RA Environment Ministry carried out a study of abandoned landfills and closed tailing dumps, which also included Nazik closed tailing dump and the waste accumulated in the areas adjacent to the tailing dump. Excesses in the maximum permissible concentrations of vanadium, chromium, nickel, copper, arsenic and lead were recorded in the samples taken from the soil cover of Nazik tailing dump.
