Thank you for bringing this report to our attention, we are committed to applying the UNGPs and to respecting the rights of indigneous peoples.

The Oxfam 2015 survey referenced our 2013 Human Rights policy, which stated our commitment to respect the human rights of all people but did not call out specific groups. We updated our human rights policy in 2020. The revised policy clarifies and expands on our commitments or approach in a number of important areas – for example, on respecting the rights of indigenous peoples and following international standards when consulting them on our planned activities.
