The World Health Organisation’s Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) entered into force in late February 2005. As one of the world's leading tobacco groups, we have offered our views on the Framework Convention over several years, although, regrettably, we were afforded little opportunity to make meaningful input on its formation.
