Chile: Indigenous authority alleges irregularities in environmental permit & consent process in Statkraft dam project

A Machi (indigenous woman leader) of the lands resisting to the building of two dams by Statkraft at the Pailmaiquén River, Osorno alleged that there were irregularities in the environmental permit and free, prior and informed consent process that have led to a community divide (in Spanish).  The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Statkraft to respond.  The response is below.
