Carlsberg's Lithuanian business, Švyturys-Utenos alus, fully complies with the Lithuanian and international laws and practices and respects the rights of its employees, as well as its representatives. We cannot provide detailed comment on the case as it is currently a matter for consideration by the Lithuanian Supreme Court. We will comply with the decisions made by the Court, which is expected to be announced on 6 March.
