Honey's response to allegations of abuses in Myanmar garment factories - February 2024 Update

Sunrise (Myanmar) Fashion is the Myanmar factory of one of our business partners, to which we outsource the manufacture of our products.

From June to July 2023, we sent a survey to Sunrise to confirm the management status of the factory, and received a written response from Sunrise. On December 12, 2023, two staff members from our headquarters visited the factory, met with the factory manager, and conducted an on-site inspection of the factory based on a checklist prepared by us. As a result, we determined that there was no problem in the manufacturing process.

However, since the labor management of the company was not included in the scope of the investigation, we have decided to strongly request the company and its parent company to undergo an audit by a third-party organization and to ensure proper labor management. We will take appropriate action based on the results of the audit.
