Ivory Coast PM to form new cabinet after toxic scandal [includes comments by ship owner Prime Marine, Trafigura Beheer]

Seeking to clarify earlier reports, Trafigura told AFP Thursday that its wholly owned subsidiary Puma Energy group does not own or have any commercial interest in the company Tommy.
