This study reveals a significant number of firms' unlawful activities, such as illegal dismissal, wage cut, delayed wage payment and non-payment. The key problems are loose law enforcement and labour monitoring. It is expected that labour disputes soar rapidly after the pandemic. It is questionable to the fact if the labour administration and the judicial system can protect workers well.
