On 17 June 2024, a complaint was filed against Myanmar Jiale Fashion 2 for violating workers' employment contract by: failing to provide transportation, forcing workers to move department without their consent, and not providing overtime to workers. The case has not been resolved by the labour department, which is reportedly avoiding addressing the workers' grievance. Workers are met with verbal abuse when they ask about their case.

In December 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Shiksy and Dub to respond. They did not.
