In March 2024, it was reported that workers at Lucky Fortune Garment were facing a series of violations, including workers unable to drink water during shifts due to excessive production targets, child labourers at the factory forced to meet the same targets as older workers and denied social security medical leave for more than two days, limited transport for workers to return home from shifts, and no access to medical clinic and medicine for workers.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Calliope, Workman, LPP (for its Sinsay brand) and Inditex (for its Pull&Bear, Stradivarius and ZARA brands) to respond. The responses can be found below.
