Working situation in the KINGSRICH Myanmar backpack factory...producing for H&M brands. Workers are hired as daily labour. Workers do not get over time or do not get double pay for OT. If workers can not come to work , workers are asked to sign on warning paper.

workers are dismissed after signed three times. Or A big amount (over 20,000 kyats) of salary are cut. Minimum wage is 4800 kyat per day. No leave is allowed. Workers are treated very badly. Supervisors are always scolding and rude to workers.
