Rights and Accountability in Development (RAID) published a report providing a critique of complaints mechanisms at Acacia Mining (formerly African Barrick Gold) and Kamoto Copper Corporation (part of Katanga Mining, which is owned by Glencore).
Business & Human Rights Resource Centre has invited Acacia Mining and Glencore to respond to the report. Responses are provided below.
