Portugal: Garment factory closes without pay workers' owed benefits & wages; incl. co. responses

In September 2024, it was reported that the Bipol Fashion factory had closed, laying off 40 workers without paying their owed unemployment benefits and wages. The factory reportedly closed due to economic difficulties and a lack of orders.
