...We take seriously any reports of exploitation within our supply chain. 99% of our crude palm oil and palm kernel oil, and 98% of our palm oil derivatives, is supplied by direct suppliers with No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation (NDPE) commitments aligned with ours. This includes all four of our direct suppliers who source from Agropalma.

We have in place a supplier non-compliance process to address any issues. In line with this protocol, we are engaging with our direct suppliers to address this situation and will continue until a resolution is achieved.
