...The investigation established that in the morning of 06.08.2021 in the quarry LJSC "Lebedinsky GOK"as a result of negligent actions of the chief engineer of this enterprise, who committed violations of industrial safety requirements, was responsible for the mass explosion and did not organise safe blasting operations, when the driver of the excavator was taking the rock mass, the remaining part of the explosive substance ignited, resulting in bodily injuries that caused his death.

The criminal case with the indictment approved by the deputy Gubkinsky city prosecutor was sent to court for consideration on the merits.
