Albertsons Cos. is committed to providing our customers with products from environmentally and socially responsible sources. We expect our suppliers to adopt and comply with comprehensive, transparent and verifiable supply chains that are free of child labor. 

All of our Own Brands suppliers are required to sign a supplier agreement that includes a prohibition of child labor. Darigold signed this agreement, and we fully expect them to adhere to its requirements. We take these allegations very seriously, and we have begun investigating them.
