On Monday 26/03/2018, a van with workers of the Electricity Federal Commission approached Mr Garcia and notified him that they were going to suspend the electricity system. Hours after Mr. Garcia wife received a call from an unknown caller who said: "You and your agreement will be dead." Mr. Garcia and wife are part of the ANUEE (National Assembly of Users) and the attack is allegedly a consequence of the negotiation between the National Assembly of Users and the Electricity Federal Commission. We invited CFE to respond, it did not.
