Myanmar: Garment workers at Lat War garment factory report series of violations incl. wage theft & excessive production targets; incl. co. responses

In April 2023, it was reported that workers at Lat War garment factory were facing a series of violations, including mandatory overtime, wage theft, excessive production targets, lack of access to drinking water and denial of holiday rights.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Auchan, LC Waikiki, Mavi and Tom Tailor to respond.

In January 2024 we invited Regatta to respond, and in September 2024 we invited Kapalua to respond
