Myanmar: Workers report mandatory overtime for long period without rest period; incl. co. response

In March 2024, it was reported that workers at GTIG Eastar face a series of violations, including mandatory overtime including on weekends without a rest period, limited breaks and no food provisions for late night overnight workers, excessive production targets and unclean restrooms.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP (for its House brand), OVS SpA, HK Works London, Calliope and Inditex (for ZARA) and KIABI to respond. The responses can be found below.
