Company Response

Cosan's response

Cosan never had ownership of the lands mentioned in the document nor any action in these events. The facts that the report deals with are from more than 50 years ago and have already been resolved with the demarcation. The other companies in the group, inadvertently cited in the document, also have no connection with the episodes. As for Mr. Rubens Ometto Silveira Melo, he never had any stake in the company that acquired the land.
