EVE Energy did not respond

The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited EVE Energy to respond to allegations of human rights and environmental abuses of nickel mining and smelting in Indonesia as outlined in the Climate Rights International report. According to the report, EVE Energy holds 17 percent stake in PT Huayu Nickel Cobalt, a joint venture at IWIP “with the capacity to produce 120,000 metric tons of nickel and 15,000 metric tons of cobalt per year”.

EVE Energy did not respond.
