As of 2023, Fast Retailing did not source any products from Sritex or its subsidiaries.

Fast Retailing conducted business with Sritex between 2019 to 2023, sourcing from one out of 10 garment factories under the Sritex Group.

Product quality issues arose in 2022, and despite working closely with the Sritex team on improvement plans over an intense period of several months, quality control did not improve.

Fast Retailing began to reduce its business in a gradual and responsible manner, in full accordance with our Responsible Purchasing Policy.

Only after confirming with Sritex that it had secured sufficient orders from other buyers to fill the order gap, did Fast Retailing arrange to conclude all business relations with Sritex, with a final shipment in March 2023.

Fast Retailing has not had any business with the Sritex Group for at least two years. Regarding recent reports on its closure, we have been monitoring developments, but are not in a position to comment further.
