Lundin Petroleum AB’s response to Business & Human Rights Resource Centre request dated 5 April 2012

Lundin Petroleum has received requests for shareholder proposals…to be included in the Notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 May 2012…The shareholder proposals were included in the Notice and will be addressed at the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors of Lundin Petroleum unanimously recommends that shareholders vote against the proposals and has published the reasons for its recommendation under the AGM section of the Company’s website www.lundin-petroleum.com.
