Myanmar: Garment workers at Hesheng Myanmar Bag Factory report forced overtime until midnight; incl. co. responses

In August 2021, it was reported that workers at Hesheng Myanmar Bag Factory were facing a number of violations in the factory, including mandatory and excessive overtime (often until midnight), verbal abuse and denial of leave.

In June 2022, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Moschino and GUESS to respond. GUESS did not respond. The full responses are included below.
