Myanmar: Garment workers denied overtime pay if they fail to meet excessive work targets; incl. co. responses

In January 2024, it was reported that workers at Myanmar Bestex Garment were facing a series of violations, including excessive production targets, workers denied overtime pay if they don't meet targets, child labour and verbal abuse.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP (for its Sinsay and Mohito brands) and OVS SpA to respond. The responses can be found below.
