Myanmar: Garment workers forced to work overtime following inspections; incl. co. responses

In February 2024, it was reported that workers at Wai Hua (Myanmar) Garment are facing a series of violations, including mandatory overtime, which continued after inspections and denial of leave.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Tendam, Hang Ten and LPP S.A (for its MOHITO brand) to respond. LPP's response can be found below.
