Myanmar: Garment workers reportedly facing health issues due to mandatory overnight shifts; incl. co. response

In January 2024, it was reported that workers at New Fubon are facing a series of violations, including mandatory overtime, including overnight shifts, which is affecting their health, verbal abuse, denial of public holidays, and excessive production targets which leave workers unable to drink water or go to the toilet.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP S.A (for its MOHITO brand) to respond. The response can be found below.
