Myanmar: Multiple labour rights abuses reported at garment factory; incl. co. response

In April 2024, it was reported that workers at Bohua Fashion were facing a series of violations, including day labourers facing contract termination after two months of service, poor drinking facilities, unkept toilets during the hot weather, workers asked to clean the factory in the evening.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP S.A (for its Reserved, Sinsay and Cropp brands) to respond. The response can be found below.
