Myanmar: Workers at cap factory report 'oppressive' working conditions that deter workers from speaking out; incl. co. responses

In April 2023, it was reported that workers at LNY Caps faced a series of rights violations, including denial of permanent contracts for day labourers who are underpaid, and oppressive working conditions that deter workers from speaking out.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited '47 Brand, Cap America and OTTO CAP to respond. They did not.
