Company Response

Next's response to suspended production at textile factories in Türkiye

[...]

  • Art Giyim is not an active factory for Next; our last orders left the factory in September 2023 and we have had no business relationship with the site since that time.
  • Ebru Triko is a site that has had orders for the Next Group, employing 180 workers before ceasing operations in January 2025. Following the closure, the company reached a mediation agreement with 170 employees. However, 10 workers chose not to sign the agreement and have taken legal action against Ebru Triko. The case is currently pending in the Turkish courts.
