Otto Group's response

"Otto Group's Response", 29 March 2021

Thank you very much for your mail and the possibility to respond on the named case.

With big concern we took notice of the mentioned violations and checked our involvement:

We want to emphasize that we do not have business relationship with the factory, Royal Knitting in Mae Sot. The Otto Group had production with Royal Knitting in the past, but for the last time in July 2017.

Although Yamaken Apparel, the owner of Royal Knitting, was an active supplier for us until August 2020, there is no direct relationship with Royal Knitting later than July 2017. Nevertheless, we of course condemn the named violations
