OVS SpA's response to allegations of abuses in Myanmar garment factories

After a deeper analysis we can confirm the following information:
- GTIG EASTAR Garment (Myanmar) Co. Ltd. hasn't been one of our suppliers since December 2020.
- in March 2021 we weren't working with Honour Apparel Garment. We had interrupted the collaboration by the end of 2020. We are now approaching the supplier again because it is open to give us the information that would ensure full visibility of procedures through multi-stakeholder initiatives (e.g. HIGG) and third-party audits.
- In April 2022 was conducted an audit - an update of the previous one in July 2021- at G&B Manufacturing Myanmar Co.,Ltd and in March 2022 at Honour Apparel Garment. The reports do not reveal any critical issues not already under our attention or addressed with corrective actions. If new issues were found after April 2022 we are committed to conduct further verifications.
- Sunrise Myanmar is not one of our suppliers.
