Hung Wah holds monthly meetings to which all unions are invited. Whilst we recognize that there are multiple unions represented at this factory, they are chosen by their respective members who form the workforce at Hung Wah. Our investigation has shown the factory management are treating each union fairly and consistently regardless of size and representation. Therefore, we have not seen any evidence of deliberate attempts to undermine any specific unions including CCAWDU.
