Primark's response to Türkiye earthquake aftermath one year on

At the time of the earthquake, our team worked engaged with suppliers and factories alike to understand the needs of those impacted and to provide ongoing support. We continue to monitor the situation.

We are not aware of any issues with severance pay, neither through our auditing programme nor through worker grievances. However, should any information come to light that points to this issue we would be grateful to receive information that allows our team to investigate. Any information is handled sensitively and in confidence.
