Response by Sartex CJSC in relation to findings by labour inspection body

... The inspection that lasted for 20 days recorded no overtime work without pay or bad treatment. There were minor problems, which are normal in a company with more than 800 employees. We were warned about these problems and solved them immediately. The main fine was related to the amount of unpaid downtime due to not involving certain workers in the work process on certain Saturdays throughout the year. In other words, we were fined not for overwork or exploitation and non-payment, but for not providing work to some employees on some Saturdays, which occurs based on the workload of some departments. Let's note that our employees never complained about not working on Saturdays...
