Silex Corporation response

Silex Technology, Inc. (Silex) follows all the laws and regulations in the countries where it operates and does not support or condone the misuse of its products. Silex has not been found to have violated any export control or sanction laws.

Silex has stopped any business activities in any embargoed countries, including Russia and Iran and is astounded that its products are allegedly used in their weapons. It is not known how Silex products have reached Russia. It is possible that our products may have reached Russia via third-country distributors or other destinations without our knowledge.

Unfortunately, our efforts alone cannot prevent intentional product diversion, counterfeiting, and misuse. Silex supports the international governmental efforts in official investigations aimed at identifying such supply chains that have been used to any embargoed country.
