In December 2023, it was reported that workers at Delta Mate Myanmar faced a series of violations, including wage cuts, reduced working hours, the factory not providing transport to those who are let off work earlier and unpaid overtime wages.

In August 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited GUESS to respond. It did not.
