On the eve of the 5th anniversary of the Fundão dam rupture, in Mariana/Minas Gerais, Brazil, which belonged to the mining companies Samarco, a joint venture of Vale and BHP, affected communities claim that there has not been just and effective reparation; no resettlement has been done to date; people are sick and Court proceedings are slow.
