Burma: Displacement, other concerns at Dawei (Tavoy) deep-sea port project - Jan 2011
Two news reports appeared in December 2011 citing alleged abuses – including displacement, environmental degradation and labour concerns -- in connection with the Dawei (Tavoy) deep-sea port development project on the Burmese-Thai border being developed by the Italian-Thai Development Company:
