Glovo's response

At Glovo, we have protocols to monitor and respond to any situation that could impact safety. When a safety risk arises, we close the app in affected areas. In different areas of the country, where couriers' safety was at risk, we restricted service and shut down operations. Our Operations team actively monitors these situations and enforces safety measures as needed.
