Myanmar: Garment workers at Sen Yu factory threatened with dismissal if they refuse overtime

In August 2023, it was reported that workers at Sen Yu Garment faced a series of violations, including mandatory overtime ndworkers forced to quit if they refuse, causing health problems, workers being stopped by the army when returning home late from shifts, smells due to overflowing toilets next to the dining area making it difficult for workers to eat, and verbal abuse.

In January 2024, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Terranova and LPP S.A (for its Sinsay brand) to respond. Full responses below.

In September 2024, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited New Yorker and LC Waikiki to respond. LC Waikiki responded. New Yorker did not.
