The representatives of the IT sector said that since the beginning of 2023, about a thousand Russian companies have received an offer from the corporation, a verbal offer or a letter to renew the software license.
“They don’t want to lose their clients in Russia just like that, so they don’t liquidate their representative office. Microsoft is trying to find ways to continue updating the software or supporting it in Russia,” the source said.
