The Director, Programs, oversees the work of a multifaceted Program Team in diverse locations responsible for implementing GoodWeave’s inspection, monitoring, and certification; child labor prevention and remediation activities; supply chain due diligence and research; and monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

The Director will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

This role supports the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of all program related operations.

Salary range $105-120K Washington, DC; €75-90K EU; £65-80K UK – but candidates based in other locations will also be considered.
