Abu Ghraib Torture Victims May Sue U.S. Corporation, Appeals Court Rules
Today, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that victims of torture and abuse in Abu Ghraib prison could pursue legal claims for their abuse against private military contractors.
