Allen & Overy's Human Rights Working Group is pleased to publish the second issue of The Business and Human Rights Review…[It] includes a foreword by Justice Richard Goldstone (former Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa and chief prosecutor of the UN International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda), articles by Sir Mark Moody-Stuart (Vice Chair of the UN Global Compact and former Chairman of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group), Dr. Puvan Selvanathan (member of the UN Working Group on human rights and transnational corporations) and Dr. Youseph Farah (University of Essex), and contributions from the Institute for Human Rights and Business and UNICEF, as well as from our own lawyers.
