China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC) did not respond

The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC) to respond to the allegations in the Justice for Myanmar (JFM) report stating the transfers of fighter jets, combat aircraft and military transport aircraft to Myanmar were carried out by CATIC. The transfers, JFM alleges, “have been done in a context in which the Myanmar military is repeatedly committing war crimes and crimes against humanity”.
