Kenya: Court rules Lake Turkana Wind Power acquired indigenous communities' land irregularly; orders regularization within one year
The High Court has nullified title deeds for the land on which Lake Turkana Wind Power project sits, saying it was acquired irregularly and ordered government agencies to regularise the process within one year.
