The Schenck machine type HM40BV as addressed on the data portal...enables the balancing of a wide range of rotors and is universally applicable. The machine has been delivered to the Russian customer for civilian applications. The delivery took place in 2010 in accordance with the export and embargo regulations in force at that time.
