Tapestry's Response

Tapestry's response, 08 December 2020

We are not currently working with the FPF facility in the Freeport Economic Zone of Bataan in the Philippines, and that facility has not been a supplier to our Company in over a year.

That being said, Tapestry, Inc. and its brands are committed to the fair treatment of workers. To work with us, suppliers must agree to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which requires, among other things, that suppliers comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the locations where they operate and conduct business. In addition, our Supplier Code of Conduct specifically requires our suppliers to respect the legal rights of their workers. We take these obligations seriously. Since we currently place orders with sister factories to the FPF factory in the Free Economic Zone in Bataan, we have reached out to those factories to ensure that they are in compliance with applicable requirements.
