• Draw global attention to under-reported cases – from the theft of indigenous people’s lands, to surveillance equipment being sold by IT firms to Governments and used against their opponents;

The Resource Centre is a tax-exempt non-profit organisation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, so your donation is deductible from your US income taxes to the extent allowed by law. Our IRS Employer Identification Number is 20-0829209.

To maintain our independence the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre will avoid any conflict of interest or reputation risk by not accepting donations directly from companies. Our primary sources of income come from independent foundations, governments and individual donors. The Resource Centre’s senior management team will review potential donations from corporate foundations, senior executives at major corporations, and pro-bono legal support on a case-by-case basis where the risk of conflict of interest and reputation risk is judged to be low.
